A project for the complete reconstruction of two apartment buildings (block A and B) on V závětří Street with a total of 69 apartments. Apartments with 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts with a usable area of 25–67 m². The project is designed as starter housing for young people, or alternatively as investment apartments.
